Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clearing and Settlement Operator – Associate. As a key member of our clearing and settlement department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions for our clients. Your primary role will be to reconcile trades, resolve any discrepancies, and facilitate settlement activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliations of trades, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trade settlements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth settlement operations.
- Monitor and report any operational risks or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in clearing and settlement operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
