Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to appropriate colleagues
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers and printers
- Take minutes of meetings and dictations
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies and report shortages
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Schedule: 8 hour shift
