Job Description
We are seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding client service and build enduring relationships. You will advise clients on products and services, resolve inquiries, identify needs and recommend tailored solutions, process transactions, and maintain accurate CRM records. You will also collaborate with sales and operations to ensure client satisfaction and achieve KPIs.
- Requirements: 2+ years in client-facing or sales roles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong sales orientation, and attention to detail; bachelor’s degree preferred.
