Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client needs (Guesty)
- Manage communication via appropriate channels
- Perform data entry and update notes
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams
- Schedule maintenance tasks
- Assist with additional admin duties as required
Experience and Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Prior client care or customer service experience necessary
- Background in property management preferred
- Experience in handling customers in the short-term rental sector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
