Job Description
As a Client Care Support in the Merchant department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your duties include resolving client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities also include maintaining client records, identifying opportunities for upselling products, and collaborating with the sales team to meet client needs.
