Job Description
Serves as a bridge of communication between the development team and clients via Basecamp and Zoom
- Collects user story requirements for the client’s platform production and post-production requests
- Troubleshoots and assigns live and broken errors to the development team for fixing
- Facilitates client platform training
- Document minutes of client meetings
- Output Quality Assurance
- Weekend Monitoring
