Job Description
Position: Client Claims Representative
Company: Premier BPO, Inc.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST – Onsite
The Client Claims Representative plays a pivotal role in EZ Claims software and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include claiming processing, onboarding new clients, and analyzing trends to optimize services. Strong interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Analytical skills for trend identification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of customer relations experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php26,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
