Job Description
Work Engagement: Full-time (Agency Contract for 1 year)
Work arrangement: Fully Remote/Work from Home
Work Hours/Schedule: Eastern US time zone; Evening Shift

Job Summary:
You will be part of the pioneering Client Services team in the Philippines. As a Customer Executive, your primary responsibility is to address customer queries and handle escalations. This account represents a luxury brand, where delivering exceptional customer service is our utmost priority.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in backend or client services roles within the luxury retail brand/industry
- Excellent English communication skills, with a 10/10 fluency in English and a non-neutral American accent or has “twang” when speaking
- Spare laptop suitable for work
- Residing near or within Metro Manila
- Willing to work according to the Eastern US time zone
- Willing to work during Philippine weekends and public holidays
Other Details:
- Must have a stable internet connection at home
- Must be willing to work on weekends or Philippine public holidays
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php60,00.00 per month
Experience:
- International Voice Account BPO: 8 years (Preferred)
- Sales in BPO: 5 years (Preferred)
