Job Description

We are currently looking for a Client Development Associate for Public Programs to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build a robust sales pipeline through phone calls / email messages to generate sales for FranklinCovey public programs
- Close sales and exceed individual annual/monthly sales targets
- Clearly explain the benefits of FranklinCovey programs, processes, products, and services
- Build strong client relationships to maintain and actively engage organizations in FranklinCovey’s public programs
- Provide general administrative support to the Public Workshop Team
- Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database
Requirements:
- Confident and driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Avid learner with the ability and passion to learn new systems, products, and processes
- At least one year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferable skills

- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
