Job Description
We are seeking a Client Intake Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering client information, assessing needs, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both languages, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Key responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, documenting client information accurately, and ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
