Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Agent Representative to join our team. As a Client Onboarding Agent Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming and guiding new clients through the onboarding process.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting clients with account setup, providing information on our services, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients to start utilizing our products.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
