Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding/Presales specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to implementation. You will work closely with the sales team, gathering requirements and facilitating communication between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
- Gather and analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for product and service solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client projects.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding process and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client onboarding or presales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
