Job Description
Valor is seeking a Client Operations Manager to oversee client operations, support the setup of Philippine operations, drive growth initiatives, and assist the SCEM in managing delivery centers. This hybrid, full-time role based in Eastwood or BGC focuses on ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, site maintenance, and timely client delivery.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Client Operations Manager
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal English, strong MS Office proficiency, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and exemplary customer service
- Compensation: Up to Php80,00/month
