Job Description
The Client Relations & BD Manager is responsible for managing and building strong relationships with clients and driving business development initiatives. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
- Understanding client needs and providing relevant solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong business acumen. You should be able to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth. Previous experience in client relations or business development is preferred.
