Job Description
A Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential clients and cultivate new business relationships
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitoring client performance and identifying areas for improvement
Successful candidates for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong ability to build and maintain relationships, as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, are also essential.
