Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and collaborate with the Front-End Team.
- Coordinate with departments for issue resolution.
- Maintain records and respond to client emails promptly.
- Track and follow up on client concerns using Smartsheet.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-year administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
