Job Description
HENEDROIT INC. is seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess experience in the following areas:
- ASIC Registrations (Company, Trust, ABN, TFN, GST, PAYG)
- ATO Reports (Generation, Payment Plan Application, Deferrals)
- XPM (Xero Ledger Set Up, Subscription, Client Maintenance)
- Now Infinity and CAS 360 (Entity Profile Monitoring)
- Effective Client Communication
- Record Filing and Organization
- Additional Administrative Tasks as assigned
- Executive Assistant Duties (Scheduling, Appointments, Assistance)
