Job Description
The Client Service and Marketing Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the client service and marketing initiatives of our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinating marketing activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and print materials.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to the management team.
