Job Description
Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing support and assistance to ensure their satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include resolving client inquiries and concerns, managing client accounts, and collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to educate clients about our products and services, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. A minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field is preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar discipline.
