Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Rep 2 to join our team. As a Client Service Rep 2, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients. Your main duties will include:
- Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting clients with product or service-related issues
- Resolving complaints and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
