Job Description
Abbott is seeking a committed Client Service Representative to address customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved in accordance with our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will manage basic and routine calls while becoming acquainted with our products and services.
Assist in resolving straightforward customer issues and effectively communicate customer needs to the service and technical teams.
