Job Description
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role involves managing client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide clients with product and service information, including updates and enhancements.
- Identify and assess potential risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client services or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
