Job Description
Work Setup: Remote
Work Engagement: Contract (Possibility to extend depending on the employee performance)
Work Hours: Eastern US time zone
About the role:
- Open to work with at least 1 year contract.
- At least 5 years experience in customer service/client service mainly supporting retail clients; better if with experience with luxury brands since you’ll be catering to VIPs, and VVIPs all the time.
- 10/10 English fluency with an American accent; written and oral with a US accent or has “twang” when speaking.
- Aside from your resume/CV, we are requiring a 1-2 minute video/voice clip to introduce yourself.
- Candidates within NCR only.
Other Details:
- Remote work and a laptop will be provided.
- Must have a stable internet connection at home.
- Must be willing to work on a nightshift schedule, weekends, and Philippine public holidays.
