Job Description
Job Overview: Under close supervision, you will develop essential skills and basic knowledge to support clients.
Essential Functions:
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to clients.
- Learn technical skills to address client queries and maintain logs.
- Build effective business relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ potential business needs.
- Ensure timely communication of support issues.
- Assist team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Proficient in PC applications (e.g., Excel).
- Effective communication skills.
- Amenable to work in Mckinley (Hybrid) and willing to work night shifts.
