Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients regarding record keeping issues and routine employee data.
- Prioritize and process daily work to meet customer service needs. Assist with Pension services for clients.
- Recognize and research complex situations and provide feedback. Propose solutions and document decisions.
- Promote team development through shared knowledge. Provide technical assistance and mentorship.
- Maintain knowledge of recordkeeping system, plan, and pension documents.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills in communication, math, organizational, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of plan documents, procedures, and Company products.
- Ability to balance working independently and in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
