Job Description
As a Client Success Coordinator (CSC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary responsibilities include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting regular check-ins to understand their needs.
You will work closely with the sales and customer support teams to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional service. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in client services or account management is preferred.
