Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With experience in a client success and relevant position is an advantage
- With managerial experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain strong relationships with the clients
- Assist clients in features and functionalities of transitional care platform
- Present and interpret platform-generated reports to clients
- Suggest recommendations for optimal use of platform
- Address clients’ inquiries and issues
- Constantly find ways to improve client engagements
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in Salesforce and Google Docs
- Schedule and lead Zoom meetings with clients
