Job Description
A Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing support, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Understanding client goals and identifying opportunities for growth

- Monitoring client satisfaction and driving customer success
