Job Description
We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to support clients throughout the bankruptcy process with clear communication, empathy, and timely resolution of concerns. The Specialist will serve as a primary client contact, ensuring smooth onboarding and coordinated case management.
- Assist with client intake and document preparation
- Coordinate cases and liaise with legal teams
- Monitor case progress and track client outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
The ideal candidate has experience in client services or bankruptcy support, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly is required. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
