Responsibilities

Client Specific tasks:

The Client Success Specialist will work with international clients, providing support, customer service, and implementing educational programs for members. Responsibilities include managing customer support, onboarding, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Flexible in any shift schedule
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
