Job Description
- Assist in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal production team as applicable.
- Inform request status to clients and manage their expectations.
- Creates a positive client support experience and builds strong relationships through problem understanding, timely resolution, and professional attitude.
- Perform maintenance work involving updating and uploading website contents and assets.
- Develop a working knowledge of live systems and perform preventive maintenance work.
- Communicate with internal senior management periodically on client implementation status.
- Evaluate end users’ requirements for change requests and maintenance contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business or IT course.
- Easy to train on WordPress and other CMS.
- Good communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Pleasing personality, diligent, and eager to learn.
- Immediate start.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 per month
