Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Support Coordinator. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main tasks will include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Providing product and service information to clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Handling customer escalations and making sure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Working closely with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer support or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
