Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Pampanga and Bataan for fieldwork duties. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our clients in the designated regions.
Your main tasks will include resolving client inquiries, conducting on-site visits to address client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide feedback to the internal team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a client support role and familiarity with fieldwork operations will be advantageous.
