Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Addressing client inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client concerns.
- Keeping updated records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
