Job Description
Velorbit Solution is looking for a committed Client Support Specialist to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will professionally address customer inquiries and concerns. Key responsibilities include accurately documenting customer interactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Basic troubleshooting skills may be necessary.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required. Please note that this position is on-site, and candidates will be expected to participate in interviews.

The salary for this position ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month.
