Job Description
CWT is currently seeking a Client Technology Representative II to join our team. As a global single point of contact for Client Executive teams, your primary responsibility will be to handle site administration and maintenance requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as a global single point of contact for Client Executive teams in relation to Site Administration/Maintenance requests.
- Interacts and coordinates directly with Client Executives and multiple CWT teams.
- Completes a wide range of tasks and has specialized administration knowledge in various travel tools such as Concur, Cytric, GetThere, KDS, Deem, STO, Zillious, Traveldoo, and Zeno.
- Provides timely acknowledgement and solution for site administration/maintenance requests.
- Manages and accurately documents requests via online request management tool.
- Consistently responds to Client Executive inquiries within SLA targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluent in location required language(s) and proficiency in English
- Online Booking Tool certified training
- CWT Tools knowledge
- GDS experience
- Good travel industry knowledge
- Ability to handle complex maintenance requests in OBT’s
- Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
- Ability to work independently and set expectations to effectively manage workflow
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
