The Clinic Nurse Administrator will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen by providing administrative and clinical support to the Medical Department.

What you’ll be doing:

• Administrative Work – Organize and implement efficient workflow processes and documentation, update and take ownership of existing trackers, coordinate and communicate with other departments and stakeholders.
• Clinical Work – Man the onsite clinic and facilitate its operations according to defined protocols, ensure compliance to DOLE OSH standards as well as proper reporting of workplace accidents, identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Insurance Work – Work closely with ERT Lead to manage enrollment, renewals and removal of riders from insurers. Additionally, ensure proper case documentation and completion of requirements for reimbursement.
• Others – Provide ad hoc support to Medical Director, Senior Nurse Officer and ERT Lead.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse.
• 3-5 years of clinical and administrative experience.
• Experience in Clinic Management, Medical Management, Case and Insurance Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Has certifications – BLS/ACLS/BOSH.
• Critical Thinking, Organizational Skills, Customer Service, Communication, Research, and Writing skills.
