Job Information

Job Description

Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries. Scheduling appointments and keeping those appointments on time. Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. Keeping a clean and calm reception area.

Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, wrapping and packaging purchased items, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. Providing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag, box, or wrap purchased items
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
• Perform other functions as assigned by the company as the need arises

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Language: English and Filipino
• Pleasing personality
• At least 1 year experience as a Clinic Receptionist
• Experience as a cashier
• Knowledge and familiarity with the use of POS/Cashiering System

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php16,00.00 per month
