Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Develop policies, procedures, and systems to ensure a productive and efficient office operation
- Performs routine tasks to administer human resource programs
- Serves as the primary point of contact with other offices and institutions
- Handles all Human Resources and Administrative functions
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or healthcare management
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards
- Experience in management, human resources, and financial management
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Ability to build positive relationships and educate staff
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, people-oriented, and results-driven
