Job Description
One of Drake International Philippines’ partners is looking for a Clinic Operations Lead to oversee planning, organizing, and managing department operations. Primary functions include strategic leadership, people development, customer service, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control Primary Care Services programs.
- Lead day-to-day operations at the Primary Care Center.
- Develop policies for unit operations.
- Review performance of healthcare staff.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence.
- Manage budget and staff resources.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course with proven leadership in service operations, process improvement, and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00/month
