- Serves as initial point of contact for clients at the clinic.
- Greets, welcomes, and assists clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Properly endorses patients to Aesthetic therapist or Aesthetic Doctor.
- Secures and maintains confidential patient records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcomes clients, addresses inquiries, and recommends services.
- Provides tailored product recommendations and handles bookings.
- Maintains client relationships and addresses complaints.
- Updates records, encodes sales, and stays knowledgeable about services.
Qualifications:
- With or without receptionist experience.
- Willingness to be trained and good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,860.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Paid training.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary.
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred).
