Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Clinic Staff I. As a Clinic Staff I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Your main responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting medical staff with basic procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized environment within the clinic.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a medical setting or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
