Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in medical or business-related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in clinic management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
