Job Description
– To perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers
– To provide valuable advice to customers in a professional manner and recommend suitable treatment packages to customers
– To perform course treatments, not limited to skin, body, or hair
– To attend to incoming calls and arrange appointments
– Meet branch sales quota
– Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department on the execution and evaluation of sales and promotion activities
– To handle a Service & Sales (S&S) oriented environment
– To be able to provide and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports of the branch
– Handle customers’ feedback and service recovery
– Manage staff performance and discipline
– Other ad-hocs as assigned by management
