Job Description
Access Healthcare is looking for Registered Nurses for our healthcare accounts.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with active license.
- With Hospital/Bedside experience.
- BPO Healthcare experience is good to have (but not essential).
- Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig.
- Good working at night shift schedule.
Job Description:
- Obtaining clinical documentation and understand the clinical reason for medical services requested by health plans in US.
- Conducts detailed review of patient medical records and payer denial information submitted by clients.
- Assesses the course of admission, and identifies risk factors, comorbidities, and adverse events to determine if payer denial was justified.
- Prepares written appeals or represents the client at telephonic hearings (as needed).
- Research medical literature and evidence-based medical publications to support patient care.
