Job Description
As a Clinical Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of student nurses enrolled in our internship program. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and supervise students during their clinical rotations within the primary care clinic setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Supervise Student Nurses:
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to student nurses during their internship.
- Ensure students adhere to clinical policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Hands-On Training:
- Demonstrate and guide students in the application of nursing techniques, patient assessment, and care planning.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for hands-on clinical experiences.
Evaluation and Feedback:
- Conduct regular assessments of students’ clinical performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance students’ professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
- Previous experience in teaching or precepting student nurses is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Amenable to work in Makati.
- Schedule: Mon to Wednesday (7am – 4pm).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
