Job Description
As a Clinical Quality Associate Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the clinical quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
You will collaborate with various departments, including medical staff, operations, and administration, to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. This includes designing and implementing clinical audits, analyzing data to identify trends, and recommending strategies to enhance patient care.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement in clinical quality. You will also actively participate in external quality assessments and accreditation processes.
