Job Description
Requirements:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and supervisory or leadership role
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 Documentation, Leadership Training, Problem Solving Tools, QC tools, process analysis, 7S and 8D, Customer Service Training
- Preferably experience in healthcare industry or medical administration
