Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Supply Support Associate to oversee investigational product logistics for clinical trials. The role includes inventory control, label coordination, shipment preparation with temperature monitoring, management of returns and destruction, and maintenance of regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with clinical operations, vendors, and study sites to ensure timely supply availability
- Monitor inventory and temperature-sensitive shipments; prepare and document returns/destruction
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GCP and internal procedures
- Qualifications: 1–3 years’ experience in clinical supply chain or pharmacy support, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems
