Job Description
Join RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy as a Clinical Trainer! In this role, you will enhance the Client’s business by providing comprehensive training and development for employees. You will assess training needs, design effective training materials, and implement process updates as necessary. Responsibilities include conducting follow-up sessions to measure training effectiveness and collaborating with stakeholders to develop a capability building strategy.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month. Benefits include paid training.
Preferred Experience: 1 year as a Clinical Trainer.
